Job Description

Define overall solution architecture for D365 CE implementations across modules (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Field Service)
-
Lead end-to-end solution design, ensuring alignment with business requirements and enterprise architecture
-
Conduct architecture reviews, design workshops, and stakeholder discussions
-
Provide guidance on best practices, scalability, performance, and security
-
Collaborate with functional and technical teams to deliver integrated solutions
-
Define integration architecture with external systems using Azure services, APIs, and middleware
-
Oversee customization, extensions, and Power Platform implementations
-
Ensure proper data architecture, migration strategies, and governance
-
Drive ALM (Application Lifecycle Management), DevOps, and release strategies
-
Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring high-quality delivery
-
Mentor consultants and developers, acting as a technical leader
-
Support pre-sales activities including solution estimation, proposal design, and client presentations

Deep expertise in: Dynamics 365 CE modules (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Field Service) CRM processes such as Lead-to-Cash, Case Management, Customer Lifecycle

Strong experience in end-to-end D365 CE implementations

Strong knowledge of: Dataverse (data modeling, security, business rules) Customization & extensions (plugins, workflows, JavaScript) .NET, C#, Web APIs

Experience with: Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) Integration patterns and APIs (REST/SOAP)

Hands-on experience with: Microsoft Azure (Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Service Bus, API Management)

Knowledge of: Microservices and event-driven architecture Enterprise integration patterns
