Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Graphic Designer Intern to join our team at WebSenor in Udaipur. The ideal candidate should have a strong interest in visual design, branding, social media creatives, and digital content.
As a Graphic Designer Intern, you will work closely with the marketing, social media, and design teams to create visually engaging content for digital platforms, websites, campaigns, and internal communication.
This is a great opportunity for a fresher looking to build practical design experience while working on real-world projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Create engaging and visually appealing designs for social media platforms, websites, blogs, advertisements, and marketing campaigns.
- Design creatives for platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other digital channels.
- Assist in creating social media posts, carousels, banners, stories, thumbnails, and promotional creatives.
- Support the team in developing visual concepts based on campaign and marketing requirements.
- Maintain consistency with brand guidelines, typography, colors, layouts, and overall visual identity.
- Work closely with the SMM, content, marketing, and development teams to understand design requirements.
- Resize and adapt creative assets for different platforms and formats.
- Assist in designing website banners, landing-page graphics, promotional materials, and other digital assets.
- Research current design trends, visual styles, social media formats, and competitor creatives.
- Make design revisions based on feedback and deliver creatives within deadlines.
- Organize and maintain design files and creative assets.
- Stay updated with emerging design tools, trends, and best practices.
Required / Primary Skills
- Basic knowledge of graphic design principles, typography, color theory, composition, and visual hierarchy.
- Hands-on knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and/or Adobe Illustrator.
- Familiarity with Canva and other digital design tools.
- Good creative and visual-thinking skills.
- Ability to create clean, modern, and engaging digital creatives.
- Basic understanding of social media design requirements and dimensions.
- Good communication skills and willingness to learn.
- Ability to understand briefs and convert ideas into visual designs.
Secondary / Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of Adobe XD, Figma, or similar UI/UX design tools.
- Basic knowledge of video editing or motion graphics.
- Familiarity with tools such as After Effects, Premiere Pro, or CapCut.
- Understanding of branding and digital marketing concepts.
- Basic knowledge of designing creatives for websites and mobile applications.
- Experience managing or creating social media content is a plus.
- A portfolio of academic, personal, freelance, or previous design work is preferred.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree / diploma / certification in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or a related field is preferred.
- Freshers and recent graduates are welcome to apply.
- Candidates with strong design skills and a good portfolio may be considered regardless of their academic background.
- Strong creative thinking, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
