Full job description

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented 3D Unreal Artist with 1–2 years of professional experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience creating high-quality 3D assets, environments, and visual experiences using Unreal Engine and Blender. You will collaborate with designers, developers, and artists to deliver immersive real-time experiences for games, simulations, AR/VR, or interactive applications.

Key Responsibilities

Create, optimize, and integrate 3D assets and environments in Unreal Engine 5.
Model, texture, and optimize assets using Blender.
Develop realistic materials using Unreal Engine's Material Editor.
Set up lighting, cameras, and post-processing to achieve high-quality visuals.
Import, optimize, and troubleshoot assets, textures, and animations within Unreal Engine.
Collaborate with design and development teams to ensure artistic and technical quality.
Maintain performance standards by optimizing assets for real-time rendering.
Stay updated with the latest Unreal Engine features and industry trends.

Required Skills

1–2 years of experience as a 3D Artist/Unreal Artist.
Strong proficiency in Unreal Engine 5.
Hands-on experience with Blender for modeling, UV mapping, and basic animation.
Good understanding of PBR workflows, materials, lighting, and rendering.
Experience with asset optimization for real-time applications.
Knowledge of level dressing and environment creation.
Familiarity with importing assets from Blender into Unreal Engine.
Understanding of version control tools such as Git or Perforce is a plus.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or diploma in Animation, Game Design, Fine Arts, Multimedia, or a related field.
Experience with Quixel Megascans, Nanite, Lumen, or MetaHuman is an advantage.
Basic knowledge of animation, rigging, or Blueprints is a plus.
A strong portfolio showcasing Unreal Engine projects and Blender-created assets.
