Manage day-to-day administrative operations and ensure smooth functioning of the office.
Handle outbound work, including visits to government offices, vendors, banks, courier services, and other official assignments as required.
Prepare, maintain, and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports with accuracy and within deadlines.
Perform documentation, drafting, formatting, and record management using MS Word.
Create, maintain, and analyze spreadsheets, reports, trackers, and MIS using MS Excel.
Utilize AI tools to improve productivity, automate routine tasks, prepare reports, create presentations, and support administrative functions.
Coordinate and manage field operations, including supervising field staff and tracking assignments.
Travel with the Management as and when required for official work. Willingness to travel is mandatory.
Maintain confidential files, employee records, and administrative documents.
Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless administrative support.
Manage office correspondence, letters, notices, circulars, and official communication.
Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, recording minutes, and follow-up.
Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office maintenance, procurement, and facility management.
Monitor office supplies, stationery, and inventory.
Handle multiple assignments simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.
Perform any other administrative responsibilities assigned by the Management.

Required Skills & Competencies

Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, and AI productivity tools.
Strong report preparation and documentation skills.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
Knowledge of Tamil and Hindi is an added advantage.
Ability to manage field operations and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
Willingness to travel extensively and accompany the Management for official assignments.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Professional attitude, integrity, and attention to detail.

Joining Requirement

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
