Job Title

Junior ERP Administrator

Job Summary

The Junior ERP Administrator supports the daily operation, maintenance, and improvement of the company’s ERP system. This role assists users, manages basic configurations, maintains data integrity, and works with internal teams to resolve system issues.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in the daily support and administration of the ERP system.
Manage user accounts, roles, and permissions.
Support data entry, data cleanup, and data validation to maintain accuracy.
Help troubleshoot ERP-related issues and escalate complex problems when needed.
Support ERP testing, updates, patches, and system changes.
Document processes, support resolutions, and configuration changes.
Work with internal departments and vendors to improve workflows and user experience.
Provide basic user training and support to ERP end users.

Required Skills

Basic understanding of ERP systems and business processes.
Good analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
Good communication skills for supporting users and documenting issues.
Comfortable working with Excel, reports, and basic system configurations.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
0–2 years of experience in ERP support, IT support, or application administration.
Exposure to ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite, or similar systems.
Basic knowledge of databases, SQL, or reporting tools is a plus.

Sample Performance Expectations

Respond to user queries within defined timelines.
Maintain accurate master data and user access records.
Support smooth ERP operations with minimal downtime.
Follow internal SOPs and ensure proper documentation.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
