Guest House Manager Location: Gauri Dham Guest House Job Type: Full-Time Working Hours: 12 Hours per Day Working Days: 30 Days per Month (Leave only with prior approval) Job Summary We are looking for a responsible, disciplined, and customer-focused Guest House Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of Gauri Dham Guest House. The ideal candidate should be capable of managing bookings, maintaining cleanliness and facilities, coordinating staff, and ensuring a smooth experience for every guest. Key Responsibilities - Manage the overall daily operations of the guest house. - Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and property maintenance. - Handle all booking inquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, and walk-in customers. - Maintain accurate booking records, guest details, and payment information. - Coordinate with housekeeping, catering, decoration, security, and other service providers. - Ensure all arrangements are completed before every event or function. - Welcome guests professionally and resolve any issues promptly. - Regularly inspect rooms, halls, washrooms, and common areas to ensure they are clean and ready for use. - Safeguard the guest house property, equipment, and inventory. - Report operational issues, maintenance requirements, or customer concerns to the owner without delay. Work Expectations During the Off-Season - Remain available at the guest house during working hours. - Focus on handling bookings, customer inquiries, follow-ups, cleanliness, and maintenance. During the Peak Season - Supervise all events and ensure smooth execution. - Coordinate staff and vendors efficiently. - Maintain service quality and customer satisfaction throughout each event. Attendance & Leave Policy - This position requires a commitment of 12 working hours per day. - The role follows a 30-day monthly schedule. - Leave will only be granted in genuine emergencies and must be communicated and approved in advance. Candidate Requirements - Honest, responsible, and self-disciplined. - Excellent communication and customer service skills. - Ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure. - Basic knowledge of smartphones, WhatsApp, and maintaining booking records. - Previous experience in a guest house, hotel, banquet, or hospitality industry is preferred. - Strong leadership, problem-solving, and team coordination skills. We are looking for someone who treats the guest house as their responsibility, maintains professional standards, and is committed to delivering excellent service to every guest.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹2,226,088.41 per month
