Full job description

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our automobile showroom. The candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, explaining vehicle features, conducting test drives, and achieving monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

Greet and assist customers visiting the showroom.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable car models.
Explain vehicle features, specifications, pricing, and finance options.
Arrange and conduct test drives.
Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, and emails.
Generate new sales leads through referrals and marketing activities.
Coordinate with the finance and insurance team for vehicle bookings.
Maintain customer records and update the CRM system.
Ensure timely vehicle delivery and provide excellent after-sales support.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements

Graduate or HSC (Graduate preferred).
13 years of experience in automobile sales, car showroom sales, or retail sales.
Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Valid driving license is preferred.
