Area Sales Manager – Ahmedabad

Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat
Industry: HealthTech / Hospital SaaS
Experience: 5–10 Years

Role Overview

NeuralBits Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Area Sales Manager to drive business growth for Presco, our healthcare technology platform, across the Ahmedabad and Gujarat region. The ideal candidate should have strong B2B healthcare sales experience and an established network within hospitals and healthcare institutions.

Key Responsibilities

Territory Expansion: Drive sales targets across Ahmedabad by identifying and approaching hospitals, nursing homes, medical colleges, and other healthcare institutions.

Relationship Management: Build and leverage relationships with hospital owners, promoters, trustees, medical directors, medical superintendents, hospital administrators, and other key decision-makers.

Product Demonstration & Pitching: Present and demonstrate Presco's digital healthcare solutions, including Paperless IPD, EMR, and hospital management workflows, while clearly communicating their business and operational value.

End-to-End Sales Management: Manage the complete sales cycle, including prospecting, meetings, product demonstrations, follow-ups, commercial negotiations, closure, and client onboarding.

Strategic Networking: Represent the company at medical conferences, healthcare associations, industry events, and regional networking forums to strengthen Presco's presence across Ahmedabad.

Market Intelligence: Provide regular insights on competitors, regional pricing, customer requirements, market opportunities, and emerging healthcare technology trends.

Candidate Requirements

Experience: 5–10 years of proven B2B sales experience in HealthTech SaaS, Medical Devices, Pharma, Hospital Software, HIS/HMIS, EMR, or related healthcare solutions, preferably involving direct institutional sales to hospitals.

Ahmedabad Market Knowledge: Strong understanding of the Ahmedabad healthcare market, including major hospital clusters, medical hubs, medical colleges, and regional business opportunities.

Strong Hospital Network – Essential: An established professional network and strong relationships with hospital owners, promoters, trustees, medical directors, medical superintendents, hospital administrators, and key decision-makers across Ahmedabad.

Sales Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, relationship-building, networking, and deal-closing abilities.

Solution Selling: Ability to understand healthcare workflows and effectively communicate the value of technology solutions to doctors, hospital management, administrators, and other stakeholders.

Preference: Candidates with strong existing hospital connections in Ahmedabad & Gujarat and a proven track record of institutional healthcare sales will be preferred.

Pay: ₹55,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
