Job Description — Freelancer Physiotherapist / Home Visit Physiotherapist

Role: Freelancer Physiotherapist – Home Care Services (H.E.A.L)

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct physiotherapy assessments and treatment sessions at patient’s residence as assigned by H.E.A.L.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on clinical findings.
Deliver evidence-based physiotherapy interventions ensuring patient safety and comfort.
Maintain professional communication with patients, caregivers, and H.E.A.L coordination team.
Submit daily treatment updates, session reports, and clinical progress documentation as per H.E.A.L reporting format.
Adhere to scheduled appointments, punctuality standards, and professional conduct guidelines.
Educate patients and caregivers regarding exercises, posture correction, and home program continuation.
Follow infection control, ethical practice, and organizational clinical protocols.
