About the Company

We are a growing Smart Home Automation & IoT Technology company providing innovative technology solutions that make homes smarter, safer, more comfortable, and energy-efficient.

As we continue to grow, we are looking for a proactive and organized HR & Office Admin Executive who can help us build a strong team, maintain a professional work environment, and ensure smooth day-to-day office operations.

About the Role

The HR & Office Admin Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR activities, recruitment, employee onboarding, training coordination, employee development, and office administration.

This is a hands-on role where you will work closely with management and employees and play an important part in building our team and supporting the company's growth.

Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Hiring

Understand current and future hiring requirements with management.
Source candidates through Indeed, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other channels.
Review resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
Conduct initial screening and coordinate interviews.
Manage the recruitment process from candidate sourcing through joining.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.
Ensure a professional and positive candidate experience.

Employee Onboarding & Training

Manage the complete onboarding process for new employees.
Introduce new employees to company policies, processes, culture, and expectations.
Coordinate training and orientation programs.
Help new employees understand their roles and responsibilities.
Track employee progress and support their development.

Employee & HR Management

Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
Handle day-to-day employee queries and HR-related matters.
Support employee engagement and retention.
Assist management with performance reviews and employee development.
Help create a positive, professional, and productive workplace culture.
Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information.

Office Administration

Manage daily office administration and ensure smooth office operations.
Coordinate office supplies, equipment, vendors, and facilities.
Maintain office documents and records.
Coordinate meetings, schedules, and internal communications.
Monitor general office requirements and resolve administrative issues.
Ensure the workplace remains organized, professional, and efficient.

Team & Organizational Development

Work with management to improve employee performance and productivity.
Identify opportunities to improve HR and office processes.
Help develop and implement company policies and procedures.
Support initiatives for employee learning, development, and career growth.
Contribute ideas that help build a strong and positive company culture.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred.
1–3 years of experience in HR, recruitment, administration, or a similar role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and coordination abilities.
Good interviewing and candidate evaluation skills.
Ability to communicate professionally with candidates, employees, vendors, and management.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office / Google Workspace.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
Strong follow-up and problem-solving skills.
Proactive attitude with the ability to take ownership of responsibilities.
Interest in working in a growing technology company is a plus.
