Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and skilled Motion Graphics Designer to create engaging visual content for our brand, digital marketing campaigns, social media platforms, presentations, advertisements, and promotional videos. The ideal candidate should be able to transform ideas, scripts, and static designs into high-quality animated visual content.
Key Roles & Responsibilities1. Motion Graphics Creation
- Create high-quality 2D motion graphics and animated videos.
- Convert concepts, scripts, and storyboards into engaging visual content.
- Develop animations for social media, advertisements, promotional campaigns, and brand communication.
- Create animated text, icons, infographics, transitions, and visual effects.
2. Video Editing
- Edit promotional, corporate, educational, and social media videos.
- Add motion graphics, transitions, music, sound effects, subtitles, and visual effects.
- Optimize videos for different platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and websites.
3. Brand & Creative Design
- Maintain consistency with brand guidelines, colors, fonts, and visual identity.
- Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to develop creative campaign concepts.
- Transform static creatives into engaging animated content.
4. Content Development
- Understand marketing briefs and convert them into visual storytelling.
- Create short-form videos, reels, explainer videos, product videos, and advertisements.
- Suggest creative ideas, animation styles, and visual approaches to improve campaign performance.
5. Project Management
- Manage multiple creative projects and meet deadlines.
- Make revisions based on internal and client feedback.
- Organize and maintain project files, assets, templates, and video libraries.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Adobe After Effects.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Knowledge of animation principles, typography, transitions, and visual storytelling.
- Experience creating content for social media platforms.
- Understanding of video formats, resolutions, and aspect ratios.
- Knowledge of AI-powered creative tools will be an added advantage.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Animation, Multimedia, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in motion graphics, animation, or video production.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating motion graphics and video editing work.
Key Performance Expectations
- Deliver creative content within agreed timelines.
- Maintain high visual and technical quality.
- Produce platform-specific content in multiple formats and sizes.
- Ensure brand consistency across all video and animation projects.
- Continuously bring new creative ideas, trends, and animation techniques.
