Job Description
Project Execution Planning and Coordination
-
Develop detailed project execution plans for assigned projects, including work breakdown structures (WBS), schedules, resource allocation, and cost estimates.

Coordinate project activities with internal stakeholders, such as operations, manufacturing, and quality assurance, to ensure alignment of project objectives and requirements.

Coordinate with external stakeholders, such as contractors, vendors, and regulatory agencies, to ensure smooth project execution.

Ensure that project execution plans comply with Dr. Reddy's Laboratories' engineering standards, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Project Monitoring and Control

Monitor project progress, track key milestones, and identify any deviations from the project plan.

Develop and implement project control measures to track and manage project costs, schedules, and resources.

Prepare regular project status reports for the Head of Project Execution and other stakeholders, highlighting progress, issues, and risks.

Implement change management procedures to manage project scope changes and ensure that changes are properly documented and approved.
Risk Management and Problem Solving

Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, including technical, schedule, and cost risks.

Develop and implement risk response plans and contingency measures to minimize the impact of potential risks.

Proactively identify and resolve project issues and problems, escalating complex issues to the Head of Project Execution as needed.

Ensure that lessons learned from project execution are documented and shared to improve future projects.
Quality Assurance and Compliance

Ensure that project activities are performed in accordance with Dr. Reddy's Laboratories' quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC) procedures.

Oversee the inspection and testing of project deliverables to ensure they meet the required quality standards and specifications.

Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations, codes, and standards related to project execution.

Participate in project audits and reviews to verify compliance with quality requirements and identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications
Educational qualification: Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering or a related field.
Minimum work experience- 12-15 Years of Experience in Project Engineering
Skills & attributes:
Technical Skills
- Proven experience in project management and engineering in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Familiarity with regulatory guidelines and standards.
- Knowledge of safety risk assessment/ Hazard and Operability (HAZOP) study
- Experience with project qualification procedures and Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT).
Behavioural skills
- Proactive leader and result oriented.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively with own team and cross-functional teams.
