Full job description

We are looking for a dynamic, energetic, and goal-oriented Telemarketer to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, explaining our products/services, and generating leads or closing sales.

An ideal candidate possesses excellent communication skills, a persuasive personality, and the ability to handle rejection with a positive attitude. If you are a go-getter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves interacting with people, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospective customers from a provided database.
Explain the features, advantages, and benefits of our products/services clearly.
Understand customer needs and pitch appropriate solutions.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call targets and sales/lead generation quotas.
Answer incoming customer queries professionally and provide accurate information.
Maintain and update the customer database/CRM with accurate call logs and details.
Follow up with potential customers to move them through the sales pipeline.

Requirements & Qualifications

Education: High school diploma / Graduate in any stream.
Experience: Proven experience as a Telemarketer, Customer Service Representative, or similar sales/support role (Freshers with excellent communication skills are also welcome!).
Languages: Strong verbal communication skills Bengali
Skills:
Excellent persuasion, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Active listening skills to understand customer pain points.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, data entry) and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
Attitude: Highly motivated, resilient, and target-driven.
