About Us
Dashrath Putra Foundation (Radhey Sewa) is a registered non-profit organization working across India in the areas of Animal Welfare, Community Development, Environmental Conservation, Education, and Cultural Heritage Preservation.
We are expanding our activities in Bhavnagar District and are looking for a dedicated local professional who understands the region, its communities, traditions, villages, temples, and social landscape.
If you enjoy working with people, travelling across the district, organizing community initiatives, and creating social impact, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate community outreach activities across Bhavnagar District.
- Build relationships with local communities, volunteers, temple committees, youth groups, and social organizations.
- Assist in planning and executing community service initiatives.
- Visit villages, towns, and local institutions regularly.
- Identify opportunities for community engagement and volunteer participation.
- Coordinate local events and awareness campaigns.
- Maintain activity reports, photographs, and documentation.
- Support volunteer recruitment and coordination.
- Represent the organization professionally during field activities.
Preferred Candidate
✔ Resident of Bhavnagar District
✔ Excellent knowledge of Bhavnagar city, villages, talukas, and nearby areas
✔ Comfortable travelling across the district
✔ Good communication skills in Gujarati and Hindi
✔ Basic English communication is an advantage
✔ Passion for social work and community engagement
✔ Self-motivated and responsible
✔ Able to work independently
✔ Comfortable using smartphones, WhatsApp, Google Maps, and basic digital tools
Preferred Qualifications
- Graduate or pursuing graduation
- Background in Social Work, Rural Development, Community Development, NGO sector, Humanities, Public Administration, or related fields is preferred.
- Freshers with excellent local knowledge are welcome.
