Pre-Primary Teacher (Montessori I – Montessori III)

Job Type: Full-time

Job Summary

Raza International Girls School is seeking a dedicated, enthusiastic, and nurturing Pre-Primary Teacher for Montessori I to Montessori III. The ideal candidate should be passionate about early childhood education and committed to creating a safe, engaging, and child-centered learning environment that fosters the overall development of young learners.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons and activities.
Promote the cognitive, social, emotional, language, and physical development of children.
Create a positive, caring, and stimulating classroom environment.
Use interactive teaching methods, including stories, rhymes, games, music, art, and hands-on activities.
Prepare lesson plans, teaching aids, worksheets, and classroom displays.
Assess and monitor students' progress and maintain accurate records.
Encourage good manners, discipline, hygiene, and positive values.
Communicate regularly with parents regarding students' academic and developmental progress.
Ensure the safety, well-being, and emotional security of all children.
Participate in school events, staff meetings, training sessions, and other academic activities.

Mandatory Qualifications

Graduate in any discipline from a recognized university.
Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed.) is preferred.
Montessori Teacher Training (MTT), Nursery Teacher Training (NTT), ECCEd, or other Early Childhood Education certifications will be an added advantage.
Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in a reputed CBSE/ICSE/recognized school is preferred.
Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
Strong classroom management and child-handling abilities.
