Full job description

We’re seeking a proactive Executive Assistant to support the Managing Director in day-to-day operations, client coordination, and administrative excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Executive Support: Manage MD’s calendar, schedule meetings, coordinate travel, and prepare agendas/briefs
Communication: Draft emails, letters, and presentations; act as first point of contact for internal/external stakeholders
Client & Insurer Coordination: Liaise with clients, insurers, and partners for documentation, renewals, and follow-ups
MIS & Reporting: Maintain dashboards, prepare weekly/monthly reports, track policy renewals and pipeline using Excel/Google Sheets
Meeting Management: Organize board/internal meetings, take minutes, track action items to closure
Basic IT Support: Manage digital files, troubleshoot basic MS Office/G-Suite issues, coordinate with IT vendors etc.
Confidentiality: Handle sensitive client and business data with discretion
Ad-hoc Projects: Support MD on special initiatives, events, and compliance documentation

Requirements

Qualification: Minimum B.Com / Graduate mandatory
Experience: 1–2 years as EA, Office Assistant, or Admin role. Insurance/BFSI background preferred but not required
IT Skills: Proficient in MS Office – Excel, Word, PowerPoint. Comfortable with email etc.
Interpersonal Skills: Excellent verbal/written communication, professional etiquette, ability to interact with CXOs, clients, and insurers

Key Traits: Highly organized, multitasker, proactive, detail-oriented, and trustworthy with confidential information

Strong command of English. Knowledge of Hindi/regional language preferred
