Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to drive student enrollments, generate leads, build strong customer relationships, and contribute to the company's growth. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a passion for education, and a strong sales mindset.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through calls, emails, social media, referrals, and other lead generation channels.
- Counsel prospective learners about courses, career opportunities, and learning solutions.
- Convert qualified leads into enrollments by understanding customer needs and providing suitable recommendations.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective students to maximize conversion rates.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with students, parents, and corporate clients.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets on a monthly and quarterly basis.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and sales activities using CRM software.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and lead generation initiatives.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market developments.
- Represent the organization in webinars, educational events, seminars, and career fairs when required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, tele-sales, or academic counseling (EdTech experience preferred).
- Freshers with excellent communication and sales aptitude may also apply.
