We are looking for a motivated Full Stack Developer to join our technology team and contribute to product development, maintenance, integrations, and continuous improvements.
Role Summary
We are hiring a Full Stack Developer with around 2 years of experience in React and .NET.
The candidate will work on building and maintaining web applications, integrating frontend and backend systems, fixing bugs, developing new features, optimizing application performance, and supporting production applications.
The ideal candidate should also be comfortable using AI tools to improve productivity, code quality, debugging, documentation, and problem-solving in day-to-day development work.
This role is suitable for someone who can independently handle assigned modules while collaborating with senior developers, QA, and other business teams.
Key Responsibilities1. Frontend – React
- Develop responsive and reusable UI components using React.js.
- Integrate frontend applications with REST APIs.
- Manage application state using Redux, Context API, React Query, or applicable technologies.
- Work with HTML, CSS, JavaScript and preferably TypeScript.
- Fix UI bugs and improve application performance.
- Ensure cross-browser compatibility.
- Follow basic accessibility and usability standards.
2. Backend – .NET
- Build and maintain APIs using ASP.NET Core / .NET.
- Implement business logic, services and controllers.
- Work with Entity Framework Core and relational databases such as SQL Server/PostgreSQL.
- Write clean, maintainable and testable backend code.
- Debug and resolve backend issues.
- Support authentication, authorization and data validation.
- Integrate backend services with frontend applications and third-party systems.
3. AI-Assisted Development
- Use AI coding assistants such as ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude or similar tools to improve development productivity.
- Leverage AI tools for debugging, code review suggestions, refactoring ideas and boilerplate code generation.
- Use AI to understand existing/legacy code and generate test cases.
- Use AI tools for technical documentation and problem-solving.
- Review, validate and test all AI-generated code before implementation.
- Ensure AI-assisted development follows Company security, privacy and coding standards.
- Stay updated with new AI tools and development workflows that can improve engineering efficiency.
4. General Responsibilities
- Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups and code reviews.
- Develop and maintain unit tests for critical functionality.
- Collaborate with QA teams to identify and resolve defects.
- Maintain technical documentation for assigned modules.
- Follow coding standards and Git workflow.
- Support CI/CD practices and deployment activities.
- Monitor and resolve production issues when required.
- Work closely with senior developers and business teams to understand requirements.
- Take ownership of assigned development tasks and deliver them within agreed timelines.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Around 2 years of professional experience in web development.
- Hands-on experience with React.js.
- Hands-on experience with .NET / ASP.NET Core.
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript and preferably TypeScript.
- Experience with RESTful API development and consumption.
- Working knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
- Experience with Git and version control workflows.
- Understanding of OOP, MVC and basic design patterns.
- Ability to debug issues across both frontend and backend.
- Working knowledge of AI development tools such as ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, Cursor or similar.
- Ability to effectively use AI tools for coding, debugging, documentation and learning while maintaining code quality and security.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT or equivalent practical experience.
Good to Have
- Experience with Redux Toolkit, React Router and Axios/Fetch.
- Knowledge of JWT authentication, OAuth or role-based access control.
- Experience with Azure/AWS deployment basics.
- Familiarity with Docker and CI/CD pipelines.
- Exposure to Microservices or modular architecture.
- Experience with unit testing such as xUnit/NUnit, Jest or React Testing Library.
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodology.
- Experience with Swagger/OpenAPI.
- Familiarity with AI APIs such as OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Gemini or similar.
- Experience integrating AI features into applications such as:
- Chatbots
- Smart search
- Summarization
- Recommendations
- Understanding of prompt engineering for development and troubleshooting.
- Awareness of AI security best practices, data privacy and responsible AI usage.

At this level, the candidate should be able to:

- Write readable, maintainable code and follow team conventions.
- Identify and fix common frontend and backend bugs independently.
- Integrate frontend components with backend APIs.
- Work with databases and troubleshoot basic data-related issues.

- Review and validate AI-generated code instead of using it blindly.
- Ask appropriate questions when requirements are unclear.
- Participate actively in code reviews.
- Communicate development progress and technical challenges effectively.
- Show the ability and willingness to grow toward a mid-level/senior development role.
The candidate is not expected to independently architect entire systems or build advanced AI/ML models, but should demonstrate strong fundamentals, ownership and growth potential.
