Key Responsibilities

Organize, maintain, and update physical and digital case files.
Prepare, photocopy, scan, print, and bind legal documents.
File documents with courts and government authorities, as required.
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, courier, and postal mail.
Maintain records of case files, deadlines, and document submissions.
Coordinate with advocates, clients, court officials, and external agencies.
Perform court runs, document collection, and filing when required.
Ensure confidentiality of all legal documents and client information.
Perform any other clerical or administrative duties assigned by senior lawyers or management.

Qualifications

Graduate or pursuing graduation in any discipline (preferred).
Basic knowledge of legal procedures and court documentation is an advantage.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and internet applications.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills

Experience

1–2 years of experience in a law firm, legal office, monitoring or administrative role.
Filing of cases in District court and High court

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
