Full job description

Hiring: Personal Assistant / Executive Assistant to Head of AI

Company: Gyanic G-Tek Pvt. Ltd.

Location: Delhi / NCT

Work Mode: Work from Office

Department: Founder’s Office / AI Division

Reporting To: Aditya Tiwari, Head of AI

Salary Range: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month, depending on capability and experience

Working Days: 6 days working

Probation Period: 3 months

Gyanic G-Tek Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a sincere, disciplined, and smart Personal Assistant / Executive Assistant to support the Head of AI in daily coordination, scheduling, communication, follow-ups, documentation, and execution tracking.

This is not a basic office assistant role. The selected candidate will work closely with the Head of AI and will be expected to manage important follow-ups, maintain confidentiality, organise meetings, prepare notes, coordinate with teams, and help ensure that important tasks are completed on time.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily calendar, meetings, reminders, calls, and follow-ups.

- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, consultants, faculty, HR, developers, and external partners.

- Prepare simple emails, WhatsApp drafts, meeting notes, task lists, and follow-up summaries.

- Track pending work and ensure timely reminders for important tasks.

- Maintain proper records of documents, discussions, appointments, and commitments.

- Assist in travel planning, meeting coordination, office coordination, and daily execution support.

- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding company plans, hiring, financial matters, product discussions, and internal communication.

- Support the Head of AI in managing day-to-day priorities and reducing operational load.

Required Skills

- Good communication skills in Hindi and English.

- Strong discipline, punctuality, and follow-up ability.

- Basic computer knowledge: Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Docs, Google Sheets, WhatsApp, and file management.

- Ability to write clear messages and basic professional emails.

- Good presence of mind and problem-solving attitude.

- Ability to handle pressure and multiple tasks without confusion.

- Trustworthy, organised, and detail-oriented personality.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Graduate in any discipline.

- 0–3 years of experience as Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, Admin Assistant, Office Coordinator, or similar role.

- Freshers may also apply if they are smart, sincere, and highly organised.

- Candidate must be comfortable working directly with senior management.

- Candidate should be willing to work from office in Delhi/NCT.
