Full job description

Key Responsibilities

Manage the day-to-day operations of visa application processing and submission.
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of visa officers and submission staff.
Ensure all visa applications are processed accurately and within agreed service levels.
Liaise with embassies, consulates, government authorities, and corporate clients.
Communicate effectively with Japanese-speaking clients and provide support in Japanese and French.
Monitor operational KPIs, productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction.
Ensure compliance with embassy guidelines, immigration regulations, and company policies.
Handle escalated customer issues and resolve complex cases promptly.
Prepare operational reports and present performance updates to management.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices.
Coordinate workforce planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
Support audits, compliance reviews, and implementation of new operational procedures.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
JLPT N2 or N1 certification (N1 preferred),French C1-C2.
5–8 years of experience in visa services, immigration, consular operations, or customer service, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Japanese and French.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and visa management systems.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹21,569.14 - ₹100,000.00 per month
