What You'll Do
Go-to-Market Strategy
- Define and execute GTM plans for driving Informatica growth through product launches, new features, and market expansions
- Partner with sales and product management to shape sales plays and sales programs based on market and customer insights
- Develop launch tiers and coordinate cross-functional readiness across Sales, Marketing, Support and Renewal teams
Positioning & Messaging
- Craft differentiated positioning and value propositions for target personas, segments and industries
- Develop and maintain a messaging framework that spans the full buyer journey
- Translate technical capabilities into clear, customer-centric benefits
Sales Enablement
- Create high-impact sales tools including pitch decks, battlecards, one-pagers, demo scripts, and objection handling guides
- Develop and deliver training to equip Sales and SE teams with the knowledge to win
- Partner with Revenue Enablement on onboarding and continuous learning programs
Market & Competitive Intelligence
- Conduct ongoing competitive analysis and maintain up-to-date battlecards
- Synthesize customer research, win/loss data, and analyst insights to inform strategy
- Identify emerging market trends and communicate implications to leadership
Demand Generation Support
- Partner with Demand Gen to develop campaign strategy, messaging, and content for activation
- Define audience segmentation, targeting criteria, and key proof points per segment
- Measure and optimize campaign performance in collaboration with Marketing Ops
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of product marketing experience, ideally in B2B SaaS or enterprise software
- Proven track record of executing successful GTM strategies and product launches
- Strong ability to translate technical concepts into clear business value
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Experience collaborating with Sales, Product, and Demand Gen teams
- Data-driven and outcome focused mindset with the ability to measure and report on marketing impact
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience marketing to enterprise buyers and navigating complex sales cycles
- Familiarity with CRM, data, AI, or platform products
- Background in data management and competitive intelligence
- Experience with Salesforce, Slack, and GTM tools
- MBA or equivalent experience
Success Metrics
- Pipeline influence and contribution from PMM-supported campaigns
- Sales win rate improvement in targeted segments
- Launch readiness scores and Sales enablement adoption
- Competitive win rates vs. key rivals
- Content engagement and utilization rates
