Location: 414a, C Block, Golden i, Tech Zone 4, Greater Noida West
Job Type: Full Time

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Telemarketer to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, pitching our products/services, and generating leads or sales. If you have excellent communication skills and a passion for sales, we would love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
Deliver scripted sales pitches to persuade potential customers to purchase products or services.
Answer questions about the company, products, and services.
Maintain a high level of customer engagement and build rapport with prospects.
Follow up on leads and schedule appointments for the sales team, if necessary.
Maintain an accurate database of customer information and call records.
Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Handle customer objections effectively and provide appropriate solutions.
Stay updated on company offerings and industry trends.
Comply with telemarketing regulations and guidelines.

Qualifications & Skills:

High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is a plus.
Proven experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service preferred.
Excellent verbal communication and persuasion skills.
Ability to handle rejection and remain persistent.
Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric attitude.
Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
