Job Summary

We are looking for a talented and creative Cinematographer & Photographer to join our Digital Marketing Agency. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in professional photography and cinematography, with a proven ability to create visually compelling content for brands, digital campaigns, social media, advertisements, and marketing initiatives.

The candidate should have experience working with brands and possess a strong understanding of visual storytelling, lighting, composition, camera techniques, and creative content production.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and execute professional photo and video shoots for brands, products, campaigns, and social media content.
Develop creative visual concepts in collaboration with the Creative, Content, and Marketing teams.
Handle end-to-end production, including pre-production planning, shooting, and coordination.
Operate professional cameras, lenses, lighting equipment, gimbals, and other production equipment.
Create high-quality cinematic videos, brand films, product videos, promotional content, reels, and social media assets.
Capture high-quality product, lifestyle, fashion, food, corporate, and event photography as required.
Ensure excellent composition, framing, lighting, color, and visual aesthetics in all photo and video content.
Work closely with Video Editors and Designers to ensure the final output meets creative and brand requirements.
Manage and organize photo and video assets efficiently.
Stay updated with the latest trends in cinematography, photography, social media content, and digital marketing.
Travel to client locations and shooting sites as required.

Requirements

2–5 years of professional experience as a Cinematographer, Photographer, or in a similar role.
Proven experience working with brands, advertising agencies, or digital marketing agencies.
Strong knowledge of professional camera equipment, lenses, lighting, and cinematography techniques.
Hands-on experience with DSLR/Mirrorless and Cinema Cameras.
Proficiency in operating gimbals, stabilizers, and other filmmaking equipment.
Strong understanding of lighting, composition, camera angles, framing, and visual storytelling.
Knowledge of video editing and post-production software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Lightroom, and Photoshop is preferred.
Strong creative thinking, attention to detail, and an excellent eye for visual aesthetics.
Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively under tight deadlines.
Willingness to travel for brand and client shoots.

Preferred Skills

Experience in creating brand films, product videos, advertisements, reels, lifestyle content, and campaign shoots.
Knowledge of color grading and cinematic video production.
Experience with drone photography/videography is an added advantage.
Familiarity with AI-powered photography and video editing tools is a plus.
Strong portfolio showcasing professional photography and cinematography work is mandatory.
