Full job description

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Recruitment Executive with at least 2–3 years of recruitment experience in the Salon, Beauty & Wellness industry. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, interviewing and hiring salon professionals such as Hair Stylists, Beauticians, Nail Artists, Makeup Artists, Spa Therapists, Front Office Executives and Salon Managers. The candidate should possess excellent networking, communication, and coordination skills to ensure timely closures.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals and personal networks.
Conduct initial screening and interviews to assess candidate suitability.
Schedule and coordinate interviews and trial sessions with technical team.
Build and maintain a strong database of salon professionals for current and future hiring needs.
Follow up with shortlisted candidates and ensure smooth joining.
Coordinate with salon operations and HR teams to understand manpower requirements.
Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate records and hiring reports.
Ensure timely closure of open positions while maintaining quality of hires.
Develop relationships with beauty academies, training institutes and industry professionals for talent acquisition.
Stay updated with hiring trends and salary benchmarks in the salon and wellness industry.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Graduate in any discipline.
Minimum 2–3 years of recruitment experience in the Salon, Beauty & Wellness industry.
Strong understanding of salon roles, skill sets, and recruitment processes.
Experience using job portals, LinkedIn, social media and referral hiring.
Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and achieve hiring targets within timelines.
Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Office, and recruitment tracking tools.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
