Pour and Palate is a cafe located in Gurugram focused on offering specialty coffee and delectable cuisine. We offer a symphony of flavors and gourmet experiences that linger on your palate. About Profile:
This is a full-time on-site role in Gurugram for a Barista at Pour and Palate. The Barista will be responsible for interpersonal skills, providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving coffee and beverages, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Qualifications

Experience of 2-5 years as a Barista
Knowledge of latte art and coffee curation is a plus and is preferred
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Attention to detail and ability to multitask
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Bachelor's degree is an additional bonus
Excellent customer service skills as we have table service handled by Baristas only
