As part of MSM Unifys EPO division, the Director, EPO Academic Practice and Solutioning serves as the academic subject-matter expert responsible for ensuring that all EPO service offerings align with international higher education standards, accreditation requirements, and student success outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
Academic Leadership Governance
Act as the academic authority across all EPO service lines, ensuring alignment with international higher education standards and quality frameworks.
Provide expert guidance on academic implications, quality assurance, learner outcomes, and institutional compliance requirements.
Maintain an up-to-date knowledge base of accreditation frameworks, regulatory requirements, and quality standards across partner university markets.
Advise internal leadership teams on academic risk and process design decisions.
Solutioning Pre-Sales
Partner with Global University Partnerships on new EPO opportunities.
Lead the academic solutioning component of proposals, presentations, and client engagements.
Collaborate with university leaders including Pro Vice-Chancellors, Deans, Registrars, and Student Experience Directors to design effective service models.
Demonstrate how AI-driven processes and standardized operating procedures enhance academic quality while delivering operational efficiencies.
Academic Quality Assurance
Develop and manage the EPO Academic Quality Framework.
Establish standards for assessment integrity, academic records management, learner communications, and student-facing services.
Lead academic audits and support institutional, accreditation, and regulatory reviews.
Conduct calibration sessions with university stakeholders to ensure service delivery aligns with institutional expectations.
Capability Development
Collaborate with the Director, EPO Capability and Talent Build to design and govern the EPO Education Academy.
Develop role-based certification programs, induction frameworks, and continuous learning initiatives.
Make assessment tools to certify delivery teams on academic policies, learner communication standards, and safeguarding practices.
Innovation Thought Leadership
Drive innovation in learner analytics, student success initiatives, retention strategies, and digital student services.
Identify and scale new academic-focused service offerings across the EPO portfolio.
Represent MSM Unify at international education forums and industry events.

Key Performance Indicators KPIs
Academic quality audit outcomes across the EPO portfolio.
Staff certification and training completion rates.
Success rate of EPO pursuits supported through academic solutioning.
Partner university academic leadership satisfaction scores.
Number of new academic service innovations successfully implemented annually.

Experience
12-16 years of professional experience with substantial exposure to international higher education.
Experience in Registrars Offices, International Offices, Admissions, Quality Assurance, Student Affairs, OPM providers, or EPO organizations serving universities.
Proven track record of leading academic operations or quality teams.
Experience engaging with senior academic leadership and institutional stakeholders.
Education
Postgraduate degree in Education, Higher Education Administration, Management, or a related discipline.
Doctorate preferred.

Deep understanding of international higher education policy, regulation, and quality assurance.
