Location: Marol, Andheri East, Mumbai

We are looking for an HR Specialist to handle our HR & Admin function. You will be accountable for HR, Recruitment and Administration functions for the company.

Responsibilities will include:

Human Resources :
- CTC structure, offer roll out
- Onboarding and coordinate technical training
- Engagement and team management activities
- Compliance (labour laws, TDS, Profession Tax, Bonus Act, Labour Welfare Fund, PF & ESIC)
- Manage policies and process compliance
- Management Reporting
Recruitment :
- Resource review and hiring plan
- Track hiring status and review recruitment reporting
Administration :
- Office infrastructure maintenance
- Legal compliances (Income Tax, Companies Act documentation, Shops and Establishments records, GST, etc)
- Accounting overview including expense management and reporting
- Coordinating and following up with vendors and partners including renewal of respective agreements

Required skills:

Any graduate
Microsoft Excel skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Good at managing multiple stakeholders
Knowledge of state labour laws and general compliances
