Full job description

We are looking for a high-energy, goal-oriented Business DevelopmentManager (BDM) to join our growth team. In this role, you will maximize revenue expansion through a dual-channel strategy: driving bulk contract sales for B2B office and house interior projects, while simultaneously managing and expanding our retailer and distributor network for architectural and interior hardwares. The ideal candidate has deep expertise in building materials sales, a strong network of industry professionals, and a proven track record of hitting aggressive sales targets.

Key Responsibilities Lead Generation & Project Mapping

B2B Corporate Projects (Bulk Orders)
Map active and upcoming residential, commercial, and corporate office projects to secure bulk material supply contracts.

Retail & Distributor Channels

Identify, onboard, and manage new distributors, dealers, and retail showrooms to increase market penetration and product availability.
Conduct regular market visits to audit stock levels, gather feedback, and ensure prominent product display placement at retail points.
Design and execute trade promotion schemes, dealer incentive programs, and product training sessions for retail partners.
Monitor channel partner credit limits, outstanding balances, and payment recovery cycles closely.

Pipeline Management & Deal Closure

Formulate competitive quotes, commercial proposals, and tender bids tailored to both project budgets and wholesale channel margins.
Negotiate contract terms, bulk discount brackets, and delivery schedules to maximize profitability.
Use internal customer relationship management (CRM) platforms to monitor pipelines, lead conversions, and sales forecasts.
Network with and pitch directly to key project decision-makers, including architects, interior designers, main contractors, and corporate facility managers.
Conduct technical product demonstrations to highlight the quality, durability, and compliance of our interior products and hardware solutions.
Coordinate with on-site project engineers to ensure material specifications align with architectural drawings.

Deal Closure & Revenue Growth

Draft and customize professional business proposals, commercial quotations, and material supply contracts.
Negotiate volume pricing, credit terms, and delivery schedules to secure mutually beneficial wins.
Partner with the supply chain and warehouse teams to ensure prompt delivery of interior materials and hardware lots.
Hit or exceed established weekly KPIs and monthly revenue targets set by leadership.
Skills & Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, Architecture, or a relevant field.
Experience: 2–4 years of proven sales success specifically within interior design products, building materials, furniture modules, or architectural hardwares.
Product Knowledge: Strong fundamental understanding of interior materials, finishes, and the functional application of structural hardwares.
Communication: Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills to confidently pitch to high-profile designers and corporate project buyers.
Network: An existing, active network of local architects, interior designers, or builders is highly preferred.
Mindset: Highly resilient, self-motivated, and comfortable handling technical product objections in a competitive market.
