Job Responsibilities

Coordinate daily ground operations, including shipment receiving, sorting, scanning, loading, and dispatch.
Monitor shipment movement and ensure timely processing as per operational timelines.
Coordinate with Team Leaders, Delivery Executives, warehouse staff, and other operational teams.
Track pending, delayed, undelivered, and exception shipments and take necessary action.
Ensure proper scanning and system updates for all shipments.
Support manpower allocation and daily shift planning.
Monitor productivity, attendance, and operational performance.
Maintain accurate operational records and reports.
Resolve ground-level operational issues and escalate critical concerns to the reporting manager.
Ensure compliance with Delhivery's safety, security, and operational processes.

Eligibility

Education: 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
Experience: 0–2 years in logistics, warehouse, courier, or operations preferred.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Excel.
Ability to work in shifts and handle a fast-paced operational environment.
Freshers with good communication and coordination skills can also be considered.

Key Skills

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
