Job Description – Project Manager
Key Responsibilities
Project Planning & Execution
* Plan and monitor monthly, weekly, and daily construction activities.
* Manage execution of Piling, RCC, Masonry, Finishing, and allied civil works.
* Ensure work progresses according to project schedule and quality standards.
* Monitor labour productivity and implement corrective actions when required.
* Coordinate manpower, machinery, and material resources for uninterrupted work.
Site Management
* Lead site engineers, supervisors, subcontractors, and construction teams.
* Resolve site execution issues efficiently with practical solutions.
* Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and project specifications.
* Track project milestones and maintain execution targets.
Client & Stakeholder Coordination
* Act as the primary point of contact with Client, PMC, Consultants, and Architects.
* Handle client observations and technical queries professionally.
* Coordinate approvals and resolve issues to avoid project delays.
* Identify variation and extra items and pursue necessary approvals.
*Billing & Commercial Management*
* Prepare and verify RA Bills.
* Review Measurement Books (MB) and quantity verification.
* Maintain documentation for extra items, variation orders, and claims.
* Coordinate with billing and accounts teams for timely payment follow-up.
Material & Resource Planning
* Forecast material requirements based on project schedules.
* Coordinate procurement to prevent material shortages.
* Monitor inventory and optimize material utilization.
Reporting & Documentation
* Prepare Daily Progress Reports (DPR), Weekly Progress Reports, and Monthly Reports.
* Maintain progress photographs and project documentation.
* Track productivity, quality, safety, and project performance metrics.
* Present project status updates to management and clients.
Required Experience
* Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
* 10–15+ years of experience in residential or township construction projects.
* Experience with reputed developers such as Godrej Properties, L&T, Tata Projects, Lodha, Kolte-Patil, Shapoorji Pallonji, Prestige, Brigade, Sobha, or similar organizations is preferred.
* Experience in independently handling projects valued at ₹100+ Crore (or as per company requirement).
* Strong knowledge of RCC, finishing works, billing, project planning, and execution.

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
