Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field

Job title: technical lead

Architect, design, and oversee the development of scalable and robust solutions using Python.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Implement best practices for software development, code reviews, and ensure adherence to coding standards.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to the evolution of our technical stack.
Collaborate with Azure DevOps for CI/CD pipelines, release management, and infrastructure as code.
Utilize Azure App Services for building, deploying, and scaling web applications.

Technical Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.

Must know Python frameworks like Fast API, Djangoor Flask
Must know Pandas, NumPy, SciPy and other data handing libraries
Must know how to write detailed tech specifications
Must know estimation techniques
Must know basic Linux commands
Strong in SQL, must know different join types, index techniques and database designing
Must know Celery like frameworks for concurrent execution of any task
Proven experience as a Tech Lead or Senior Developer with hands-on expertise in Python and AngularJS.
Strong understanding of software design patterns, best practices, and code quality.
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management.
Experience with modern front-end frameworks (Angular 2 and above).
Familiarity with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
Ability to lead and inspire a team, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Nice To have:

knowledge of Azure DevOps for CI/CD, release management, and version control.
Experience with Azure App Services and cloud-based architectures.
Knowledge of Azure services such as Azure Functions, Azure SQL Database, etc.
