JOB TITLE : Sales & Marketing Manager

LOCATION : Sonipat, haryana

EXPERIENCE : 10-14yrs

PACKAGE : 12 LPA

Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced Sales & Marketing Manager with a strong background in B2B sales and marketing within the manufacturing industry. The candidate must have a proven track record of handling B2B customers, developing sales strategies, managing customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets. Candidates from manufacturing industries such as Electrical, Mechanical, Sheet Metal, Engineering, Industrial Products, or other established manufacturing sectors are preferred. Candidates from showrooms, retail businesses, small trading companies, or small-scale businesses such as rice manufacturing are NOT suitable for this requirement.

Role & Responsibilities :

Sales Strategy & Business Development
Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve organizational sales targets.
Identify new B2B business opportunities and potential markets.
Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitors, and growth opportunities.
Analyze sales data and market information to make informed business decisions.
Develop strategies for market expansion and increasing business revenue.
Build and maintain a strong B2B customer base.
B2B Sales & Customer Relationship Management
Manage and develop long-term relationships with B2B customers and key accounts.
Conduct regular meetings, presentations, and discussions with customers to understand their requirements.
Handle customer negotiations and commercial discussions.
Address customer concerns and feedback to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Identify opportunities for repeat business and new orders.
Drive the sales process from lead generation to order closure.
Marketing Strategy & Campaign Management
Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with sales objectives.
Plan and implement marketing initiatives to improve brand visibility and business growth.
Support development of marketing materials, company presentations, brochures, website content, and other promotional assets.Identify suitable channels and opportunities for promoting products in the B2B market.
Team Leadership
Lead, mentor, and motivate the Sales & Marketing team.
Set individual and team targets and monitor performance.
Provide guidance and training on sales techniques, customer relationship management, and market analysis.
Conduct regular performance reviews and take corrective actions where required.
Foster a collaborative and performance-oriented team environment.
Performance Analysis & Reporting
Monitor and report sales performance against targets and industry benchmarks.
Analyze sales and marketing data to evaluate the effectiveness of strategies and initiatives.
Prepare regular sales and marketing reports for senior management.
Track key sales metrics and identify areas for improvement.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with Product Development, Purchase, Production, Quality, Dispatch, Finance, and other departments.
Coordinate internally to ensure customer requirements and sales commitments are fulfilled.
Participate in cross-functional meetings to share market insights and business strategies.
Stay updated with product knowledge, market trends, and customer purchasing patterns.
Required Skills
Strong B2B Sales & Marketing experience is mandatory.
Minimum 10 years of relevant professional experience.
Proven experience in the manufacturing industry is mandatory.
Strong experience in customer acquisition, business development, and order closure.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong customer relationship management skills.
Ability to develop and execute sales strategies.
Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Proficiency in ERP/SAP and CRM software.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Required Skills :

Bachelor's degree in B.Com(Maths) highly preffered, Marketing, Engineering, or any relevant field.
MBA in Marketing / Sales will be an added advantage.
Minimum 10+ years of experience in B2B Sales & Marketing, preferably in an established manufacturing organization.
Experience with SAP and CRM systems is highly preffered.

Preferred Qualifications :

Candidates should have experience in a good/established manufacturing company.
Suitable manufacturing backgrounds may include:
Electrical Manufacturing
Mechanical Manufacturing
Sheet Metal Manufacturing
Engineering Products
Industrial Equipment etc.
Not suitable:
Showroom / Retail Sales
Retail businesses
Small trading companies
Small-scale businesses such as rice manufacturing
Candidates without substantial B2B manufacturing sales experience

Pay: ₹1,100,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
