Job Overview

SEOPREMIUM LIMITED, a UK-based e-commerce company specialising in personalised products, is looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and adaptable Mid-Level Graphic Designer to join our Coimbatore branch.

The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years of hands-on graphic design experience, a strong understanding of personalised product artwork, and a passion for creating high-quality, customer-focused designs.

The role will involve creating personalised artwork, processing daily customer orders, preparing production-ready files, developing new product concepts, and supporting our growing range of e-commerce products.

Knowledge of AI-powered design and creative tools is an important added advantage. Candidates who can effectively use AI tools for creative concepts, image generation, editing, design enhancement, and workflow optimisation will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Create creative, attractive, and high-quality artwork for personalised gifts and e-commerce products.
Design customised artwork based on individual customer orders, personalisation details, and specific design requests.
Process daily customer orders and ensure artwork is completed accurately and within required deadlines.
Prepare artwork files according to production and printing requirements.
Ensure names, dates, photographs, text, layouts, colours, and other personalised elements are accurate before production.
Make design adjustments and revisions based on customer requirements and internal guidelines.
Collaborate with the design, production, and order-processing teams to ensure smooth workflow and consistent quality.
Develop new product designs, creative concepts, templates, and artwork styles for the company's personalised product range.
Contribute ideas for new products, seasonal collections, promotional campaigns, and gifting occasions.
Support high-volume design requirements during seasonal periods such as Christmas, Mother's Day, Father's Day, Valentine's Day, weddings, birthdays, anniversaries, graduations, and other key gifting occasions.
Maintain consistency with company design standards, brand guidelines, and product requirements.
Use creative resources, design tools, and AI-assisted workflows where appropriate to improve efficiency and design quality.
Explore and experiment with AI-powered design and image-generation tools to create new concepts, improve existing artwork, and speed up repetitive design tasks.
Ensure AI-assisted artwork is reviewed, refined, and professionally prepared before being used for customer products.
Keep up to date with current graphic design trends, e-commerce trends, personalised gifting trends, and emerging AI design technologies.
Maintain organised artwork files and follow internal processes for efficient order management.
Take responsibility for meeting daily design targets while maintaining a high standard of accuracy and creativity.

Requirements

1–3 years of hands-on experience in graphic design, preferably within an e-commerce, personalised products, printing, gifting, or product-based environment.
Strong working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
Good understanding of typography, layout, composition, colour, image editing, and visual design principles.
Experience creating artwork for personalised products, gifts, signage, prints, or similar products is preferred.
Good understanding of print-ready artwork standards, image resolution, dimensions, file formats, and production requirements.
Knowledge of AI-powered design and creative tools is an added advantage.
Candidates should be comfortable using AI tools for image generation, creative concept development, image editing, background removal, design enhancement, idea generation, and improving workflow efficiency.
Ability to combine AI-generated content with professional graphic design skills and make the necessary manual refinements before production.
Strong attention to detail, particularly when working with customer names, dates, photographs, and personalised information.
Excellent time management skills with the ability to handle daily order volumes and high-demand seasonal periods.
Ability to work efficiently under deadlines without compromising artwork quality.
Creative mindset with the ability to develop fresh and commercially suitable design ideas.
Good problem-solving skills and willingness to learn new design techniques and software.
Basic communication skills in English.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new AI tools, design technologies, and evolving e-commerce design trends.

Preferred Skills

Candidates with any of the following skills will have an additional advantage:

Experience working with AI image-generation and AI-assisted design tools.
Experience creating personalised product mock-ups and product artwork.
Experience in the Amazon, Etsy, Shopify, or other e-commerce environments.
Experience working with high-volume personalised orders.
Knowledge of sublimation, UV printing, digital printing, laser engraving, signage, or other product-production processes.
Experience creating artwork for seasonal gifting campaigns.
Understanding of e-commerce product presentation and customer-focused design.
Ability to create new product concepts based on current market and gifting trends.

AI & Design Skills

As part of our modern e-commerce workflow, we are increasingly incorporating AI-assisted creative tools into our design process.

The successful candidate should have an interest in using AI to support and improve the creative workflow. This may include:

AI image generation and creative concept development.
AI-assisted image editing and enhancement.
Background removal and image manipulation.
Creating or refining visual elements for personalised products.
Generating creative ideas and design variations.
Improving repetitive design workflows and productivity.
Combining AI-generated assets with professional Photoshop and Illustrator skills.
Evaluating and refining AI-generated results to ensure they meet professional design and production standards.

AI knowledge is an added advantage and candidates with practical experience using AI creative tools will be preferred.

Work Schedule

Shift Timing: UK Shift – Afternoon to Evening Hours
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Saturday: Half Working Day
