Position: Account Executive

Location: KALINGAEURO-Bhubaneswar Office

Type: Full-time

What You’ll Do

You’ll be more than an Accountant — you’ll be the backbone of our financial integrity, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency.

Financial Management: Handle day-to-day accounting operations including bookkeeping, billing, and reconciliations.
Expense Tracking: Record, monitor, and report company expenses with accuracy.
Accounts Payable & Receivable: Manage vendor payments, client invoices, and ensure timely collections.
Payroll Support: Assist in preparing and processing staff attendance.
Compliance & Documentation: Maintain organised records and ensure adherence to financial policies, taxation rules, and regulations.
Reporting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management.
Audit Preparation: Support internal and external audits by providing accurate documentation.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with management and other departments to provide financial insights and support business decisions.

What You Bring

English communication skills — spoken and written
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Proven experience in accounting or finance (freshers with strong knowledge may also apply)
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, MS Excel, CRM or similar tools)
Strong analytical and organisational skills
Integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail
