Job Description:
We are seeking a NPD Engineer with a background in Diploma in Mechanical Engineering to work in our New Product Development department. This role offers hands-on experience in product design, testing, and development, ideal for recent engineering graduates passionate about innovation in manufacturing.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and improve new products.
Participate in the design, prototyping, and testing of new products.
Assist in evaluating materials, design specifications, and functionality to ensure product quality and reliability.
Document processes and provide regular updates to management on project status.
Identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions for optimized product performance.

Qualifications:

Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (required) .
Strong technical skills, attention to detail, and an enthusiasm for hands-on learning.
Fresh graduates or entry-level candidates are welcome (no prior experience required).
