Full job description

Position: Secretary to Managing Director (MD)

Location: Chithambaram
Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM
Experience: 5–15 Years
Gender: Male / Female
Salary: Attractive Salary Package

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Secretary to the Managing Director to provide comprehensive administrative and executive support. The ideal candidate should possess excellent English communication skills, strong coordination abilities, and experience handling accounts-related documentation and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the MD's calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel schedules.
Act as the primary point of contact between the MD and internal/external stakeholders.
Take dictation, prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and meeting minutes.
Follow up on instructions and directions given by the MD to various departments.
Coordinate with accounts, administration, and other departments to ensure timely completion of tasks.
Assist in preparing accounts-related reports, statements, and documentation.
Maintain confidential files, records, and business information.
Draft professional emails, letters, and official communications.
Monitor pending tasks and provide regular status updates to the MD.
Handle general office administration and executive support functions.

Requirements

5–15 years of experience as an Executive Secretary, Personal Assistant, or Secretary to Senior Management.
Excellent spoken and written English.
Strong organizational, coordination, and follow-up skills.
Good knowledge of accounts documentation and reporting.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently.
Professional personality and interpersonal skills.
