About the Role
Blessing Softtech is looking for a tech-savvy CRM Executive who can own the customer conversation end to end — from the first cold outreach to a long-term, repeat relationship. This is a hands-on role: you will run outreach across WhatsApp, calls, email and community channels, keep the CRM clean and current, handle inbound support, and progressively automate the repetitive parts of the workflow so the team spends its time on conversations, not on copy-paste.
We are a small, fast-moving team. You will work directly with the founder, see the impact of your work quickly, and have real freedom to redesign a process when you can prove a better one.
Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Communication & Outreach
- Manage day-to-day customer communication over WhatsApp (including WhatsApp Business / API), SMS, email and phone.
- Make outbound calls to leads and existing customers — qualification, follow-ups, demos, renewals and feedback calls.
- Run cold outreach and cold PR: build prospect lists, write and personalise first-touch messages, and follow up on a disciplined cadence.
- Handle Gmail / Google Workspace inboxes: templates, labels, filters, shared inbox hygiene and timely response SLAs.
Campaigns & Channels
- Plan, execute and track email, WhatsApp and SMS campaigns — segmentation, message copy, scheduling, A/B tests and performance reporting.
- Manage community and channel presence, including Reddit, LinkedIn, Quora and relevant industry groups — participate authentically, answer questions, and generate qualified inbound interest.
- Support channel and partner relationships: onboarding, regular check-ins, shared collateral and co-marketing activity.
- Report on campaign metrics — deliverability, open and reply rates, conversion, and cost per qualified lead.
CRM, Support & Relationship Management
- Own the CRM as the single source of truth: data entry, lead stages, pipeline hygiene, deduplication and activity logging.
- Resolve customer queries and complaints across channels; escalate technical issues to the product team and close the loop with the customer.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts — proactive check-ins, upsell and renewal conversations, and referral generation.
- Maintain and share weekly reports on pipeline, response times and account health.
Automation & Systems
- Identify repetitive manual work and automate it using CRM workflows, chatbots, auto-responders and drip sequences.
- Build and maintain automations with tools such as Zapier, Make (Integromat), n8n, Google Apps Script or native CRM automation builders.
- Integrate the CRM with WhatsApp, email, telephony, web forms and spreadsheets so data flows without manual re-entry.
- Document every workflow and SOP so the system is repeatable and does not depend on one person.
Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in CRM, inside sales, customer success or customer engagement.
- Strong technical aptitude — comfortable learning new SaaS tools quickly and configuring them without hand-holding.
- Practical experience with at least one CRM (Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce, Freshsales, LeadSquared or similar).
- Working knowledge of WhatsApp Business, bulk/campaign messaging tools and email marketing platforms.
- Confident on the phone — clear, professional spoken communication in English and Hindi (Marathi is a plus).
- Good written English for outreach messages, campaign copy, support replies and community posts.
- Solid spreadsheet skills (Excel / Google Sheets) — filters, pivots, lookups and basic reporting.
- Demonstrated experience building automations or integrations between tools.
- Organised, self-driven and reliable with follow-ups; comfortable owning targets and reporting on them honestly.
Good to Have
- Experience with the WhatsApp Cloud API or a BSP such as Interakt, Wati or AiSensy.
- Familiarity with Reddit, Discord or Slack community marketing and its etiquette.
- Exposure to lead-generation and enrichment tools (Apollo, Lusha, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
- Basic understanding of APIs, webhooks and no-code/low-code platforms.
