Job Description- Equity Research Analyst

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Equity Research Analyst with 4+ years of experience in the capital markets domain. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset and a passion for financial markets. This role involves generating insightful content, conducting thorough research, and publishing reports that guide investment decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct in-depth financial analysis and valuation of companies in various sectors.
Generate high-quality research reports that provide actionable insights and recommendations.
Monitor market trends, economic indicators, and industry developments to inform analysis.
Collaborate with senior analysts and investment teams to develop investment theses.
Present findings and reports to internal stakeholders and clients.
Maintain and update financial models, including forecasts and sensitivity analyses.
Ensure timely publication of research reports and maintain adherence to compliance standards.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field; CFA or equivalent certification is a plus.
4+ years of experience in equity research, investment analysis, or a related role.
Research analyst license (e.g., Series 86/87 or equivalent) is preferred.
Strong understanding of financial statements, valuation techniques, and capital markets.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Bloomberg).
Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
