Job Description: Human Resources Specialist

Location: [Chennai -Perungudi]

Role Summary

We are seeking a proactive HR Specialist to support our rapid expansion. You will manage end-to-end recruitment, employee lifecycle processes, and internal personnel administration.

Core Responsibilities

Recruitment: Execute sourcing and hiring strategies to meet aggressive growth targets.
Administration: Manage onboarding, documentation, and maintain accurate employee records.
Operations: Handle employee relations, disciplinary procedures, and policy implementation with professional rigor.
Engagement: Drive team initiatives to sustain a high-performance culture.

Requirements

Experience: Proven track record in HR operations and recruitment.
Skills: Strong communication, organizational agility, and expertise in corporate documentation.
Mindset: Ability to handle high-impact tasks and maintain total confidentiality.
Mandatory :
Excellent communication
Negotiation skills
Decision-making skills.
Languages - English, Tamil good to go
Should be flexible for the day shift and a Work Timings: 10 AM - 7.30 PM
Comfortable with working 6 days a week and the week off will be on weekdays

Remuneration best in industry

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
