Key Responsibilities

Assemble wire harnesses and cable assemblies as per engineering drawings, wiring diagrams, and work instructions.
Cut, strip, crimp, terminate, and solder wires and cables using approved tools and techniques.
Install connectors, terminals, ferrules, heat shrink tubing, cable ties, braided sleeves, and protective coverings.
Perform continuity, insulation resistance, polarity, and functional testing using multimeters, continuity testers, and cable test equipment.
Read and interpret wiring schematics, cable assembly drawings, BOMs, and work instructions.
Inspect completed harnesses for proper routing, labeling, termination quality, and workmanship.
Identify and rectify wiring, crimping, soldering, and connector-related defects.
Maintain ESD-safe handling practices and comply with quality and safety procedures.
Ensure accurate documentation of production, inspection, and traceability records.
Work closely with Production, Quality, and Engineering teams to resolve manufacturing issues.
Maintain tools, workstations, and equipment in good working condition while following 5S practices.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
