Job Title: Assistant Professor / Faculty – B.Sc. (Mathematics & Biology)

Location: Ladamda, Fatehpur Sikri Road, Agra, Uttar Pradesh

Job Type: Full-time

About the Institute

Manorama Institute of Management and Technology (MIMT), Agra is a reputed institution affiliated with Dr. B.R. Ambedkar University, Agra. The institute offers undergraduate programs in B.Sc. (Mathematics), B.Sc. (Biology), BCA, BBA, B.Com., B.A., BPES, and B.Ed., with a strong focus on quality education, practical learning, and student development.

Job Responsibilities

Teach B.Sc. (Mathematics and/or Biology) courses as per the university curriculum.
Prepare lesson plans, lecture notes, presentations, and laboratory/practical sessions (for Biology).
Conduct classroom teaching, tutorials, practicals, internal assessments, and examinations.
Guide students in academic projects, seminars, and research activities.
Maintain attendance, academic records, and departmental documentation.
Participate in workshops, seminars, admission activities, and institutional events.

Eligibility

Mathematics Faculty: M.Sc. in Mathematics with a minimum of 55% marks.
Biology Faculty: M.Sc. in Botany, Zoology, or Life Sciences with a minimum of 55% marks.
Freshers with an excellent academic record are encouraged to apply.
Previous teaching experience in a college or university will be an added advantage.

Required Skills

Strong subject knowledge in Mathematics or Biology.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and digital teaching tools.
Good classroom management and student mentoring abilities.
Ability to create an engaging and interactive learning environment.
