- Prepare and serve food items such as sandwiches, pastries, and baked goods.
- Answer customer inquiries regarding menu options and ingredients.
- Promote and recommend menu items to enhance customer experience.
- Process customer payments accurately, including cash and credit transactions.
- Track and manage inventory for cafe supplies, including coffee beans, milk, and disposable items.
- Maintain and clean espresso machines, grinders, and other coffee equipment; troubleshoot and schedule repairs as needed.
- Ensure cleanlinesswork environment and cafe seating area.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the work environment and cafe seating area.
- Address and resolve customer concerns or complaints promptly.
- Evaluate and suggest improvements to processes for better efficiency and service quality.
- Attract new customers and contribute to menu refinement and development.
- Provide detailed attention to customer orders, including preferences for coffee blends and additives.
- Monitor the operation of brewing equipment and report maintenance needs.
- Comply with health and safety regulations to ensure a safe environment.
- Communicate customer feedback to management and suggest new menu items.
- Stay informed about all menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods.
