Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Front Office Specialist to be the welcoming face of our hospitality establishment. In this vital role, you will deliver exceptional guest experiences by managing front desk operations, providing outstanding customer service, and ensuring smooth day-to-day functions. Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a friendly and professional first impression.
Manage check-in and check-out procedures efficiently using hotel management software.
Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with patience, empathy, and proactive solutions.
Operate multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette to assist guests and coordinate reservations.
Maintain accurate records of guest information, reservations, and billing details.
Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance guest experiences.
Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest needs are met promptly.
Conduct night audit procedures when scheduled, balancing accounts and preparing reports for management review.
Uphold security protocols by monitoring access points and ensuring the safety of guests and staff.
Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and inventory management related to front desk operations.

Skills

Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations.
Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor.
Multilingual or bilingual abilities to communicate effectively with diverse guests.
Knowledge of hotel management systems and multi-line phone systems.
Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills for handling guest inquiries professionally.
Experience in guest relations, resolving issues efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude.
Familiarity with night audit procedures is a plus for those interested in evening shifts.
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of resort operations or hotel experience is highly desirable.
Strong organizational skills coupled with attention to detail in record keeping and reporting.
