You will work closely with front-end developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to create seamless and efficient data exchange between our applications and services.

Job Description:

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Node.js developer with a strong focus on API development.

Solid understanding of RESTful and GraphQL API design principles.

Proficiency in Node.js and related frameworks such as Express.js.

Experience with database systems (e.g., MongoDB, MySQL, or PostgreSQL) and working with databases in a Node.js environment.

Knowledge of authentication and authorization mechanisms (e.g., JWT, OAuth).

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot and debug issues.

Familiarity with version control systems, especially Git.

Understanding of containerization and deployment technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with other developers and stakeholders.

Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain RESTful APIs using Node.js and related frameworks, ensuring scalability, performance, and security.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define API requirements, design data models, and establish API endpoints.

Implement authentication and authorization mechanisms to secure API endpoints.

Optimize APIs for performance, responsiveness, and fault tolerance.

Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality, consistency, and standards.

Write unit tests to ensure the reliability of the APIs.
