Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced US IT/Technical Recruiter with 3–6 years of hands-on experience in the US staffing industry. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in recruiting for W2 ,C2C and 1099 requirements, excellent communication skills, . The recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing qualified IT professionals for US-based clients.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end US IT recruitment for W2 and C2C requirements.
- Source candidates through JobDiva, job portals, LinkedIn, internal databases, referrals, and other sourcing channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial technical and behavioral interviews.
- Assess candidate skills, experience, work authorization, and availability.
- Coordinate interviews with clients and manage the recruitment process until onboarding.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified IT professionals.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment activities in JobDiva.
- Negotiate compensation rates and manage candidate expectations.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring lifecycle.
- Work closely with account managers and teams to understand client requirements and ensure timely submissions.
Required Skills
- 3–6 years of experience in US IT Staffing/Technical Recruitment.
- Strong experience working on W2 and C2C requirements.
- Hands-on experience with JobDiva ATS.
- Good understanding of the US recruitment lifecycle and staffing processes.
- Knowledge of US work authorizations (US Citizen, Green Card, H-1B, EAD, TN, OPT/CPT).
- Strong sourcing and networking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
