We are looking for dynamic education leaders with strong experience in IGCSE, ICSE, IB, or CBSE curriculum, who can lead academic excellence, manage school operations, and drive student success.
This role is ideal for experienced Principals, Vice Principals, Academic Coordinators, and School Administrators seeking leadership opportunities across international and national curriculum schools.
Key Responsibilities
Academic Leadership
- Lead curriculum planning and implementation aligned with IGCSE / ICSE / IB / CBSE standards.
- Ensure high-quality teaching, learning outcomes, and academic performance.
School Operations
- Oversee daily school operations including academics, administration, discipline, and infrastructure.
- Ensure compliance with all educational board norms and safety standards.
Faculty Leadership
- Recruit, train, and mentor teachers across departments.
- Build a strong academic team and promote continuous professional development.
Student Performance & Development
- Monitor board exam results and student progress.
- Ensure holistic development through academics and co-curricular programs.
Parent & Stakeholder Engagement
- Maintain strong communication with parents and stakeholders.
- Represent the institution in academic forums and community initiatives.
Qualifications & Experience
Education
- Master’s Degree with B.Ed / M.Ed (mandatory).
Experience
- 8–15 years in education sector.
- Minimum 3–5 years as Principal / Vice Principal / Academic Head / School Leader.
- Experience in IGCSE / ICSE / IB / CBSE schools preferred.
Age Limit
- Candidates must be below 45 years.
