Role Overview:
Were seeking a skilled Ads Manager with hands-on experience in running international ad campaigns and cloaking techniques. You’ll be responsible for launching, optimizing, and scaling paid campaigns across multiple platforms while ensuring compliance and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:

Plan, execute, and scale ad campaigns across platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.) targeting global markets

Set up and manage cloaking systems to ensure campaign delivery and compliance

Analyze campaign performance and continuously optimize for CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROAS

Collaborate with content and design teams to create high-converting ad creatives

Monitor accounts to prevent bans and stay ahead of platform policy changes

Run A/B tests to improve performance and conversion rates

Generate performance reports and insights for leadership
Requirements:

3–5 years of paid ads experience, especially in international markets

Proven expertise in cloaking tools, tactics, and tracking setups

Strong knowledge of ad platforms and their policies

Solid understanding of funnels, landing pages, and conversion metrics

Ability to manage budgets and deliver ROI-positive campaign

Quick problem-solving skills and a data-driven mindset
Nice to Have:

Experience with blackhat/greyhat affiliate marketing (with discretion)

Familiarity with tools like Red Track, Voluum, or Bemob

Ability to scale ad spends profitably across geographies
