Location: Panipat Experience: 8–15 Years Industry: Sheet Metal Manufacturing Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Plant Manager to oversee production, planning, quality, maintenance, and manpower management in a Sheet Metal Manufacturing Unit. Key Responsibilities: Manage overall plant operations and production activities. Ensure production targets, quality standards, and delivery schedules are met. Handle manpower planning and shop-floor management. Monitor fabrication, punching, bending, welding, and assembly processes. Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Stores, and Dispatch teams. Implement cost control and process improvement initiatives. Ensure safety compliance and efficient plant utilization. Required Skills: Experience in Sheet Metal Manufacturing. Knowledge of Fabrication, CNC Punching, Laser Cutting, Bending & Welding. Production Planning and Process Improvement. Team Handling and Leadership Skills. ERP & MIS Reporting Knowledge.
