Job Purpose
The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for attracting, developing, engaging, and retaining talented employees who align with the Academy's mission, vision, and values. The role focuses on building a high-performance work culture, strengthening employee engagement, supporting continuous learning, and ensuring that human resource practices contribute to the organization's long-term growth, prosperity, and reputation.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment and Talent Acquisition
- Plan and execute end-to-end recruitment processes.
- Prepare job descriptions and post vacancies on recruitment portals.
- Screen applications and coordinate interviews.
- Conduct employee onboarding and orientation programs.
Employee Engagement
- Organize employee engagement and wellness activities.
- Promote teamwork and a positive organizational culture.
- Address employee concerns professionally.
Training and Development
- Identify employee learning needs.
- Coordinate training sessions on AI tools, communication, leadership, and professional skills.
- Maintain employee training records.
Performance Management
- Assist in setting Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Support employee performance appraisal processes.
- Monitor employee development plans.
HR Operations
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and organizational policies.
- Prepare HR reports and maintain confidentiality.
Employer Branding
- Support social media and campus recruitment initiatives.
- Build relationships with educational institutions and industry partners.
- Promote the Academy as an employer of choice.
Required Qualifications
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resource Management.
- Bachelor's degree from a recognized university.
- HR certifications are desirable.
Preferred Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in Human Resources, recruitment, talent acquisition, or employee relations.
- Fresh MBA graduates with strong HR knowledge and internship experience are encouraged to apply.
